Richard Savage

Richard has over 14 years experience in the field of IT services, working with a broad spectrum of industries including architectural, civil engineering, financial services and electrical distribution.

Richards experience covers a broad range of IT areas from desktop support, designing infrastructure and systems architecture, troubleshooting and implementation, but specialises in the infrastructure and systems domain.

Richard has broad management experience ranging from departmental to strategic and planning. He is a member of the British Computer Society and Chartered Management Institute and has Prince 2 Practitioner and ITIL qualifications.

 

Causeway initially contracted Richard to replace our existing Novell network with Windows based system. The scope included the supply and installation of computer, servers, cabling etc for a 20 computer network. The work was carried out on time and on budget.

We were so impressed by the level of Richards computer and networking knowledge, competency and the level of service that he provided that we immediately engaged him on a rolling yearly contract to further provide maintenance and technical assistance for our network.

During the many years that the contract ran the level of service was impeccable and any system downtime was minimal and generally due to hardware failure, which can never be anticipated.
